We are not a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. We provide information only and do not sell flights or travel services directly.

7.2 No Guarantee of Deals

We do not guarantee:

• The availability, accuracy, or timeliness of flight deals
• That you will find deals or save money
• That deals will still be available when you attempt to book
• The accuracy of pricing information from third-party sources
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

7.3 Third-Party Content

Our Service displays information from third-party sources (airlines, booking sites, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Always verify pricing and details directly with the airline or booking platform before making a purchase.

7.4 Not a Booking Platform

We are not responsible for flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, or any issues with airlines or travel providers. All bookings are made directly with third-party providers subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAREALERTNOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Missed flight deals or opportunities
• Issues with third-party bookings or airlines
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless farealertnow and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
